Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

Panda Communications, ( herein called Panda) warrants each new product sold be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of 90 (ninety) days beginning on the date of invoice from Panda. This warranty is offered to the initial end user and is not transferable.

Panda shall have no obligation to repair or replace any product resulting from: normal wear, catastrophe, negligence of use (such as dropping), improper or unauthorized alterations, repairs, or use of the product in any manner for which it was not designed, or by causes external to the product. This warranty is void if the product label is defaced, altered or removed. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. All replaced parts or products become the property of Panda.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

FOR ANY PRODUCT WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED, THE SOLE REMEDY WILL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL PANDA COMMUNICATIONS, BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMERS FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

Return Policy

Panda Communications offers 30 day product return policy. All returns must have a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

No returns of any type will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.

Panda accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Panda on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by Panda.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, refund or credit at Panda's discretion. Cameras are non returnable or refundable in any circumstance. Defective cameras will be repaired or replaced at our discression. Tidbit Antenna's are non refundable in any circumstance. Defective Tidbits have a 30 day defective exchange.
